The park enjoyed typically beautiful weather last week. Most days partly cloudy with highs in the mid 70s to low 80's. Nice to be in "sub-tropical" Texas!

When are the 2007-2008 rates going to be made available? I know people who are leaving within a week or two, who generally pay their year's rent before they leave. They have expressed concern that they will be unable to do this.
